No, we are not a direct lender or investor. We act as strategic facilitators. Our primary role is to be the crucial link between high-potential projects and our extensive global network of elite capital partners, including investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, hedge funds, and private capital providers.
We focus on large-scale projects across several key sectors: Infrastructure and Transportation, Energy and Natural Resources, Technology (TMT), Heavy Industry and Manufacturing, and Real Estate and Social Development.
Our key advantage is the combination of foundational discipline and a genuine global network. Our founder's three-decade career in commercial and international banking provides the ground-level expertise to rigorously vet and structure a project to be truly bankable. This is combined with a personal, trusted network of global decision-makers built over a lifetime of international experience. We don't just find funding; we architect success.
Our compensation model is designed to ensure a total alignment of interests between CuCuLink and our clients. Our engagement involves two primary components:
This dual structure allows us to dedicate the necessary expertise to your project from day one, while ensuring our ultimate goal remains the same as yours: a successfully funded transaction. By operating this way, we maintain a selective portfolio, focusing only on projects with a high probability of global success.
Our network of capital partners is focused on significant deployments of capital. As such, we typically work with projects requiring a minimum of US$100 million in funding. Minor exceptions may be considered.
The first step is to contact us through our website with a brief, non-confidential summary of your project. If it aligns with our criteria, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss the opportunity in greater detail under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Our process is built on discipline. It begins with an initial screening to assess fundamental viability and strategic importance. If the project qualifies, we move to exhaustive due diligence, where we verify financials, mitigate risks, and help architect a compelling, bankable structure before presenting it to our capital partners.
The timeline for securing funding for large-scale projects can vary significantly based on the project's complexity, sector, and readiness. After our initial due diligence, which can take several weeks, the capital sourcing and closing process can range from three to fifteen months. We prioritize finding the right strategic partner, not just the fastest one.
We have the capacity to work with projects in stable jurisdictions around the world. We have a particularly strong understanding of capital markets in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and are open to explore markets in other parts of the world.
Our network is diverse, allowing us to source bespoke financing solutions tailored to each project's unique needs. This includes senior debt, subordinated / mezzanine debt, equity financing, and various hybrid structures.
